Chocolate Peppermint Bark



    1. Line baking sheet with parchment or wax paper, set aside. 
    2. Place chocolate chips in separate microwave safe bowls and add a drizzle of OLiV Barnea EVOO to each. Microwave until all the chocolate chips are melted and smooth.
    3. Pour dollops of milk chocolate and white chocolate on parchment paper. Swirl the chocolate together with a butter knife.
    4. Top with OLiV Peppermint White Balsamic, crushed candy canes and Oreos.
    5. Chill chocolate bark in the fridge for about 20-30 minutes, or until the chocolate is firm.
    6. Once bark has hardened, loosen it from the parchment paper and break apart pieces. 
    7. Enjoy!
