Pomegranate Apple Salad

INGREDIENTS
- 3 cups mixed greens
- 1 cup pomegranate seeds
- 1 honey crisp apple (or apple of choice), thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup pecans
- 2-3 tbsp. goat cheese
- 1 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- Drizzle of OLiV Blood Orange Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO)
- Drizzle of OLiV Maple Balsamic Vinegar
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- Optional: 1 tsp chia seeds
DIRECTIONS
- Add all ingredients to a bowl & toss until well coated.
