Watermelon Raspberry Salad



  1. In a bowl add chopped spinach and arugula, toss and set aside.

  2. Prepare watermelon, raspberries and red onion. Use a mandolin to thinly slice the cucumber lengthwise and set aside.

  3. Now build your salad on your plate. Add the mixed greens, watermelon, raspberries & red onion. Curl the cucumber slices into a twist and set on top. Crumble feta & walnuts over top.

  4. Season to your liking with salt and pepper. Finish it off with a drizzle of OLiV Basil EVOO, and Pomegranate Balsamic. Enjoy!
