Thai Chicken Coconut Curry

This recipe works beautifully with our Curry EVOO and White Coconut Balsamic
Ingredients
- Coconut oil
- Sweet Vidalia onion
- Chicken breasts
- Garlic
- Ground or fresh ginger
- Ground coriander
- Canned Coconut Milk
- Shredded carrots
- Thai Red Curry Paste
- Fresh spinach
- Lime juice
- Brown sugar
- Fresh cilantro
- Curry EVOO and/or White Coconut Balsamic
Instructions
- Add the oil and chopped onion to a large skillet and sauté (Optional: Can add Curry EVOO during sauté) until softened.
- Add the diced chicken and cook until done, then add the garlic, ginger, and coriander.
- Coconut milk, carrots, Thai curry paste, salt, and pepper are stirred in next, and then the mixture should be left to bubble away for about 5 minutes.
- Stir in the spinach, lime juice, and optional brown sugar.
- Pour and stir in your personal preference of Curry EVOO and/or White Coconut Balsamic to bring the flavors to life!

Bonjour Manon! Nous allions ajouter la quantité exacte mais nous avons trouvé que pour cette recette, c’est subjectif sur le cuisinier. De nombreuses personnes différentes utilisaient de nombreuses quantités d’ingrédients différentes en fonction de leurs goûts et de leur style personnels ! :)
